Mallaig is a small fishing village at the end of the A830 traveling from Fort William. Ride the ferry from Mallaig to Inverie during a quick, 30- to 45-minute cruise.

Inverie is the only village on the Knoydart Peninsula, which is known as ‘Europe’s Last Wilderness.’ Knoydart has about 120 permanent residents and with no road access, the ferry service is their only link to mainland services.
If you are staying at Inverie or just visiting for the day, there is a lovely one-hour cruise you can take from Inverie. This trip will sail further up Loch Nevis along the stunning coastline toward Tarbet.
Departing Inverie at 15:00 Monday to Friday from April to the end of October, this lovely little trip returns to Inverie at 16:15 before returning to Mallaig at 17:00.
All boats have toilets and drinks available on board. All sailing is weather dependent so please check the website for any disruptions. A full refund will be made if your sailing is cancelled.
We do not normally charge for reasonable amounts of luggage, but there will be a charge if there is an unusually large amount. Children under five years old travel free as do dogs of all shapes and sizes.
All customers must arrive 30 minutes before sailing.
