There are two Council Car Parks in Mallaig: East Bay and West Bay Car Parks. We recommend giving yourself plenty of time to find a parking space, especially during the busy summer months.
West Bay Car Park is conveniently located next to the Mallaig and Morar Community Centre and public toilets. As you drive into Mallaig, you’ll find it on the left-hand side, and it’s approximately a five-minute walk to the ferry terminal. East Bay Car Park is just a wee bit further from our ferry and can be accessed by driving through the village. It’s about a ten to fifteen-minute walk to the pier.
Please note that parking spaces cannot be reserved and there’s no public parking available on Mallaig Pier.

Well-behaved dogs are warmly welcomed on our ferry service and 1 Hour Wildlife Cruises. However, they are not permitted inside the boat cabins and must remain on the outer deck and be kept on a short lead at all times.
Please be aware that in very rough conditions, dogs may not be permitted to sail.
**Unfortunately due to limited deck space dogs are not permitted on our Canna Puffin or Canna Wildlife Trips**
