A popular day out is to walk from Loch Morar to Tarbet. The walk from will take you about 3.5 hours leading you alongside Loch Morar the deepest loch in Europe and home to Morag the Loch Monster!

This is a spectacular walk and one that you will return to do again and again. Suitable for all the family.

Western Isles Cruises Ferry will pick you up at Tarbet at 15:30 Monday to Friday from April to end of October.  And on Mondays and Fridays only from November to March.

All sailings are weather dependent so please check our web site for any disruptions. A full refund will be made if your sailing is cancelled.  Providing there is space available tickets can be paid with cash on the boat, however pre-booking is strongly advised for this particular sailing.

All boats have toilets and drinks available on board.

An adult single ticket costs £18.  Children aged 5 – 13 years travel half price, under five year olds travel free as do dogs of all shapes and sizes.  Please note that each ticket will allow for 1 small piece of hand luggage (such as a handbag or laptop case) per person.  All other luggage such as suitcases, rucksacks and all groceries will be charged at £1 per item per sailing

Arrival for Sailing:

Passengers should be on the pier ready to board 15 minutes prior to sailing.

**Late arrivals may be denied boarding if loading and parking will delay the sailing.**
